PR & Events Manager at Rado (Swatch Group) in Miami. Lead communications and experiential marketing for a luxury Swiss watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies aligned with Rado's brand positioning and business objectives
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media kits, and journalist outreach to secure coverage in relevant publications
- Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the execution of brand events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, retail, and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social sentiment, and event performance through established KPIs and reporting mechanisms
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners within the watch and luxury sectors
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships to ensure successful, on-brand experiences within allocated resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience in PR, communications, or marketing management within luxury brands or comparable sectors
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns and brand events
- Strong media relations skills and established connections within print, digital, and broadcast channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling brand narratives
- Project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
- Understanding of the luxury watch industry or related premium consumer goods sectors is preferred

Experience
5+ years in public relations, corporate communications, or events management, preferably within luxury brands or high-end consumer goods
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
