Rado is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a 100% position in Lengnau, Switzerland. The role advises assigned business areas and retail employees across the employee life cycle, leads recruitment and training activities, and supports HR administration and initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to assigned business areas and retail employees on all HR-related matters.
- Serve as a competent point of contact for managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle.
- Manage recruitment and support employee onboarding, development and offboarding.
- Ensure professional and timely personnel administration.
- Support the Head of HR.
- Lead the training and continuing education function.
- Contribute actively to HR projects and internal initiatives.
- Support the person responsible for vocational basic education on HR matters relating to apprentices.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training and further qualification as an HR specialist with a Federal Certificate of Advanced Studies.
- Several years of HR experience, preferably in a comparable role.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations, recruitment and personnel administration.
- Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
- French as a first language and fluent spoken and written German.
- Good English skills.
