Rado seeks an HR Business Partner to advise assigned business areas and retail employees across the employee life cycle, manage recruitment and personnel administration, and support training, development and HR initiatives. The role is full-time at 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to assigned business areas and retail employees on all HR-related matters.
- Serve as a competent point of contact for managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle.
- Manage recruitment and support employee onboarding, development and offboarding.
- Ensure professional and timely personnel administration.
- Support the Head of HR.
- Oversee the training and development function.
- Actively contribute to HR projects and internal initiatives.
- Support the person responsible for vocational education and training with all HR-related matters concerning apprentices.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training and further qualification as an HR Specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
- Several years of HR experience, preferably in a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of employee support, recruitment and personnel administration.
- Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent spoken and written French and German.
- Good English skills.
