Rado Apprenticeship 2027: Commercial Apprentice trainee position in Lengnau, Switzerland. Three-year vocational programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate across six departments to gain comprehensive commercial and administrative experience
- Execute administrative and organisational tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Provide multilingual customer support via telephone and in-person interactions
- Identify and implement constructive solutions to customer and employee inquiries
- Plan and coordinate company events and special occasions
- Operate the company telephone switchboard
- Perform data entry and office management functions using modern digital tools
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory secondary education (Sekundarstufe, Kanton Bern or equivalent)
- Proficiency in German (native or mother-tongue level)
- Fluency in English and French
- Mastery of ten-finger typing technique
- Strong organisational and planning capability

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn, communication skills, and practical aptitude.
Education
Completion of compulsory secondary education (höchste Volkschulstufe) from Canton Bern (Sekundarstufe) or Canton Solothurn (Sekundare E) is mandatory.
