Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile stock levels across channels (boutiques, wholesale partners and central warehouse), ensuring accuracy of inventory records.
- Process and track sales orders, deliveries, returns and transfers; coordinate with logistics and third‑party carriers to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts; investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute regular inventory and sales reports to local sales teams and regional management, supporting forecasting and replenishment decisions.
- Liaise with retail boutiques, distributors and after‑sales teams to coordinate stock allocations, promotional assortments and merchandising requirements.
- Maintain and update product master data in ERP/inventory systems and ensure SKU information is accurate across platforms.
- Support sales teams with product availability queries, pricing confirmation and ad hoc analytics to drive sell‑through.
- Assist with prevention controls and stock loss mitigation processes, including documentation for adjustments, transfers and warranty movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory control, stock management or sales operations; luxury retail or watch sector experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with commercial, logistics and retail teams.
- Organised, process‑driven and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Working knowledge of inventory processes and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Right to work in Australia.

Experience
At least 2 years' practical experience in inventory control, stock management or sales operations within retail, wholesale or distribution channels; prior exposure to luxury goods or watches is advantageous.
Education
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
