Rado Boutique Manager position in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead store operations, sales, and team management for a luxury watch retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of boutique operations including customer service, staff management, stock control, and brand presentation to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily store and stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels, proper merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales reconciliation.
- Coordinate working schedules for sales staff and ensure team operates under high cleanliness and brand standards.
- Operate POS system efficiently and reconcile all sales transactions (cash, credit card, deposits) with daily sales turnover.
- Monitor stock levels based on customer needs and trends; manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
- Lead and motivate sales team with coaching on selling skills, product knowledge, customer service, and competitive positioning.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and develop loyalty programs to cultivate regular and VIP customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, stock reports, expense reimbursements, and credit card slip submissions to head office.
- Collaborate with Retail Manager to develop internal training programs and implement in-store promotions and CRM initiatives.
- Ensure all window displays are properly maintained and refreshed to maintain visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail sales operations with passion for watches and horology
- Experience with fast-moving goods or retail environments is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership style with service-minded and sales-oriented approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage diverse store operations simultaneously
