Rado Boutique Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead luxury watch boutique operations, manage sales team, and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all daily store operations including customer service, staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales turnover
- Conduct regular store and stock checks to ensure proper brand presentation and inventory accuracy
- Achieve and monitor monthly sales budgets and performance targets
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, stock reports, and financial documentation for head office submission
- Operate POS system efficiently and reconcile all sales transactions (cash, credit card, deposits) with daily sales figures
- Coach and motivate sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge, customer service, and competitive positioning
- Monitor and review stock levels based on customer trends and advise on inventory recommendations
- Manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products
- Handle customer complaints and develop loyalty programs to cultivate VIP relationships
- Coordinate in-store promotions and customer relationship management initiatives
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained including window displays and product presentation
- Maintain clean, organized store environment and uphold brand standards
