Puig seeks a Trainer in Sydney to deliver brand and product training for Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier and Penhaligon's.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and localize product, brand and selling-skills training for retail and wholesale teams across Puig brands including Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier and Penhaligon's.
- Develop training curricula, classroom materials, e-learning modules and visual aids that translate global brand strategy into actionable retail behaviours.
- Execute in-store coaching, store visits and train-the-trainer sessions to elevate frontline selling performance and client experience.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and HR to align training plans with product launches, promotional calendars and commercial objectives.
- Assess training impact through KPIs, feedback and observation; iterate content to improve knowledge retention and commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics for training events and manage relationships with external trainers and venue providers as required.
- Act as a brand ambassador on the floor, supporting key events, VIP client appointments and experiential activations when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering training programmes within luxury beauty, fragrance or fashion retail.
- Demonstrable ability to translate brand positioning into retail selling techniques and customer experiences.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills; confidence delivering to diverse audiences including store managers and sales teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand priorities and training schedules.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region and to work flexible hours to support retail operations.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in retail or field training within luxury beauty, fragrance or fashion; prior experience supporting multiple international brands and running train-the-trainer programmes is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; vocational qualifications in L&D are desirable.
