Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned fashion and fragrance brands: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates and coordinating interview processes with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system; ensure timely communication with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across professional networks and social platforms to attract passive and active talent for retail, corporate and creative functions.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial telephone interviews, and prepare shortlists and briefing packs for hiring teams.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities to strengthen talent attraction for the group’s maisons.
- Produce recruitment metrics and concise status reports to monitor time-to-fill, candidate quality and hiring priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and confidential candidate information.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities; comfortable liaising with hiring managers at different levels.
- Proactive, resourceful and commercially aware, with an interest in the luxury fashion and beauty industries.
- Previous internship or work experience in recruitment, retail HR or in-house talent acquisition is advantageous.
Experience
Internship-level role: current academic enrolment with prior internship experience in recruitment or HR preferred. Exposure to luxury retail or brand environments will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a closely related discipline.
