Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global social media strategy and editorial calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn in alignment with brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce and oversee high‑quality daily content: copywriting, visual briefs, short‑form video, reels and static assets; coordinate shoots and post‑production with the creative team.
- Manage community engagement and tone of voice; respond to enquiries, moderate conversations and escalate reputational issues when required.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social media campaigns in partnership with media buyers to amplify launches and drive engagement metrics.
- Develop influencer and creator partnerships, brief collaborators and monitor deliverables to ensure brand alignment and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse and report weekly/monthly KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, conversions); translate insights into tactical recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, e‑commerce, retail and product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and campaign activation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management within fashion or luxury (2–4 years preferred).
- Strong editorial judgement with demonstrable social content portfolio — reels, short video and editorial feed curation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of paid social mechanics and measurement frameworks.
- Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies and external talent (photographers, videographers, creators).
