Puig is hiring a Regional Trainer, Education, Prestige in Los Angeles to lead training for Rabanne, Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously refine retail education programmes for prestige fragrance and beauty lines (Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier) across the assigned region.
- Coach and develop boutique and counter teams through in-person sessions, workshops, product classes and on-the-floor mentoring to elevate selling techniques and brand storytelling.
- Perform training needs analyses and translate commercial objectives into measurable learning interventions and roadmaps.
- Monitor and report on training KPIs and retail performance metrics; recommend corrective actions to maximise sell-through and service excellence.
- Partner with regional sales, marketing, merchandising and HR stakeholders to launch new product curricula, promotional learning and certification schemes.
- Manage onboarding and continuous development for new hires and seasonal staff; maintain accurate training records and certification status.
- Plan and execute in-market initiatives such as masterclasses, client events and train-the-trainer sessions to reinforce brand standards.
- Travel regularly within the region to ensure consistent programme delivery and direct field support to high-priority doors.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, hospitality, education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven background in luxury retail training, beauty or fragrance education, with responsibility for multiple stores or a region.
- Demonstrable ability to translate commercial targets into effective learning solutions and to measure impact on sales performance.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills with the capacity to influence store leadership and frontline teams.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible field schedules, including weekend and evening activations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience
Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience in retail training, learning & development, or sales leadership within luxury beauty, fragrance or fashion; regional or multi-store responsibility strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail education or L&D will be considered.
