Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial control for assigned prestige brands (Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier), owning P&L performance, margin analysis and brand-level reporting.
- Manage month‑end close and consolidation activities for brand entities; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in line with corporate policies and IFRS.
- Prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts and rolling financial plans; deliver variance analysis and actionable recommendations to brand and commercial teams.
- Act as business partner to brand managers and commercial leaders, translating financial insight into pricing, promotional and inventory decisions.
- Coordinate with Group Finance, tax and external auditors to ensure compliance, appropriate internal controls and successful audit outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes and KPI dashboards to monitor brand profitability, working capital and performance drivers.
- Support ad hoc financial projects, brand business cases, and cross-functional initiatives such as product launches and market expansions.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent preferred.
- Deep knowledge of management accounting and IFRS; demonstrable experience in financial consolidation.
- Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting and commercial P&L management for consumer brands.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to synthesise complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; proven experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive finance experience, ideally within luxury fashion, fragrance, beauty or FMCG; prior exposure to brand-level financial control and commercial partnering is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree or professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
