Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team in drafting press materials, press releases and media kits tailored for print and digital outlets.
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact databases; prepare targeted outreach lists.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and VIP relations, including briefing, sample management and follow-up.
- Assist with planning and on-site execution of press and VIP events, fittings and product launches.
- Monitor media coverage, compile clipping reports and analyse campaign performance for the PR team.
- Liaise with external PR/influencer agencies and internal teams (marketing, digital, show production) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage logistical tasks such as invitation distribution, RSVP tracking and shipping of look requests.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, public relations, marketing or equivalent (apprenticeship requirement).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to tone and detail.
- Organisational aptitude and ability to manage simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Professional discretion and proven ability to handle VIP interactions and confidential material.
- Flair for fashion and an understanding of luxury media, influencer ecosystems and editorial calendars.

Experience
Previous internship experience in PR, communications, fashion or luxury is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for media relations and influencer programmes.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, public relations, marketing or a closely related discipline (apprenticeship/apprentissage track).
