Puig is hiring an Omnichannel Manager (LATAM Distributors) in Miami. Lead distributor omnichannel strategy and commercial growth for Puig’s beauty and fashion brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute an end-to-end omnichannel strategy for Puig’s LATAM distributor network, aligning distributor commerce (B2B), retail, marketplace and local e‑commerce initiatives with global brand and commercial objectives.
- Establish commercial KPIs and performance frameworks (sell-in, sell-through, margin, inventory turnover) and deliver regular performance analysis and forecasts to regional and global stakeholders.
- Partner with local distributors to design and implement go‑to‑market plans, promotional calendars, and trade marketing activities that optimise channel mix and mitigate channel conflict.
- Drive digitisation projects for distributors: rollout of B2B e‑commerce portals, marketplace integrations, CRM alignment and POS standardisation to improve availability, reporting and shopper experience.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing policies and distributor scorecards; monitor contractual compliance and corrective action where required.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, product, supply chain and finance teams to ensure seamless product introductions and inventory flow across channels.
- Lead capability building for distributor teams: commercial training, merchandising and digital skills to raise execution standards across the region.
- Manage regional budgets and commercial planning cycles; prioritise investments by ROI and strategic impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field; MBA or advanced commercial qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in omnichannel commercial management with distributor networks across Latin America.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management, promotional planning and KPI-driven performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior distributor and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, coupled with a pragmatic approach to resolving channel conflicts.
- Availability for regular travel within the LATAM region and occasional travel to corporate hubs.

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive commercial experience with a focus on omnichannel execution, distributor management or regional channel development—preferably within beauty, fashion or luxury consumer goods. Prior exposure to LATAM markets and multi‑stakeholder commercial ecosystems is essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent; MBA or postgraduate commercial qualification preferred.
