Role & Responsibilities
- Support the international marketing operations for Rabanne & JPG campaigns, ensuring timely execution across markets.
- Coordinate campaign asset delivery and localization: compile briefs, track translations, adapt creative assets for local channels and POS.
- Liaise with internal teams (product, retail, e‑commerce, legal) and external partners (agencies, printers, logistics) to manage timelines and approvals.
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and campaign documentation; ensure version control and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to campaign reporting: gather KPI data, produce basic dashboards and post‑campaign summaries for regional teams.
- Assist with logistical and administrative tasks for events, activations and product launches as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and fragrances, with a professional demeanour suited to high‑end brand environments.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting briefs and coordinating multilingual deliverables.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Experience
Previous internship or coursework experience in marketing, communications or retail — ideally within fashion, beauty or FMCG — is preferred. Demonstrable exposure to campaign coordination, asset management or project support is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
