Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, digitize and modify garment patterns using Lectra software to designers' specifications.
  • Produce graded patterns and markers, ensuring compliance with size tolerances and production constraints.
  • Prepare technical files, cutting plans and pattern documentation for sample room and production.
  • Support fittings by implementing on‑body adjustments and translating fit decisions into updated patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with design, prototyping and production teams to meet development timelines.
  • Maintain and archive pattern libraries, version control and sample histories.
  • Participate in quality control checks of patterns and prototypes to ensure manufacturability.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or certificate in pattern making, fashion technology or equivalent practical training.
  • Practical knowledge of garment construction, grading principles and marker efficiency.
  • Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain accuracy on complex styles.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with design and production teams.
  • French language proficiency desirable for day‑to‑day communication in a Paris atelier.

Experience
