Puig — Paris: Internal Communications & HR Development Intern (internship) supporting training, intranet and employee communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and production of internal communications content for employees and leadership, including newsletters, intranet updates and executive briefings.
- Assist with coordination and logistics for training programmes and learning initiatives across functions and brands.
- Contribute to the development of learning materials, presentations and e-learning assets in partnership with L&D stakeholders and external vendors.
- Maintain training calendars, track participation and produce simple metrics and reports to measure programme effectiveness.
- Support change communications and roll‑out activities for HR projects, ensuring alignment with brand tone and corporate guidelines.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, retail, legal) to gather input, validate content and ensure timely dissemination.
- Help organise internal events, workshops and town halls, including participant communications and on‑site support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Corporate Communication, Business or a related discipline.
- Previous internship experience in HR, internal communications or learning & development is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, brand‑appropriate content.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential HR information.

Internship-level position; currently enrolled in higher education with prior internships or project experience in communications, HR or L&D preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related field.
