Rabanne (Paris) seeks a temporary Image Executive to shape brand visual identity across campaigns, runway shows and editorials.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold the brand’s visual and styling standards across campaigns, editorials, lookbooks and runway shows.
  • Style garments for photographic shoots, runway presentations and public appearances, ensuring coherence with seasonal creative direction.
  • Coordinate wardrobe logistics: sample tracking, fittings, alterations liaison, and on-set wardrobe management during shoots and shows.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director, design, production and PR teams to translate collection concepts into finished visual narratives.
  • Prepare and maintain lookbooks, styling bibles and archival records of completed looks; ensure accurate documentation for licensing and press.
  • Support casting, model fittings and rehearsal sessions; supervise backstage styling teams during live events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion styling or image roles within luxury or high-fashion brands.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility with a track record of executing cohesive visual stories for campaigns and runway.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex wardrobe logistics and multiple concurrent productions.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced show and shoot environments.
  • Fluent professional demeanour for cross-functional collaboration with creative, production and external agency teams.

Experience
