Puig — HR Assistant Intern (Stage) in Paris. Internship starting July 2026 supporting HR administration, recruitment and onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative processes including personnel file management, contract preparation and document circulation.
- Assist with recruitment coordination: job postings, candidate screening logistics, interview scheduling and communication with applicants.
- Contribute to onboarding programmes for new hires, preparing induction materials and coordinating integration activities with managers.
- Maintain and update HR databases and spreadsheets; prepare routine HR reports and headcount tracking for local teams.
- Collaborate with Talent & Learning on training logistics, calendar management and participation reporting.
- Ensure compliance with basic French labour law procedures and internal HR policies; support audits and ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong oral and written French; professional working proficiency in English.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; ease learning HRIS tools.

Previous internship or part-time experience (3–12 months) in HR, recruitment or administrative roles preferred; open to early-career candidates currently enrolled in higher education seeking practical HR exposure.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
