Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to creative development of Rabanne events and cultural activations, bringing innovative ideas and distinctive formats that challenge conventional brand experiences
  • Support development and execution of global events, launches, consumer experiences and cultural activations, considering the full guest journey, location, scenography, programming, entertainment, and talent
  • Stay closely connected to contemporary culture across music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment and emerging creative communities to identify relevant movements, talents, and authentic partnership opportunities
  • Approach every event as both an experience and communication opportunity, collaborating with Communication, Social Media, PR and Content teams to create visibility and earned amplification
  • Coordinate projects from brief to execution across agencies, production partners, talents, venues and internal stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals
  • Contribute to global guidelines, toolkits and creative recommendations enabling markets to translate Rabanne concepts into locally relevant activations while maintaining global consistency
  • Help identify and develop relationships with creative talents, cultural partners, venues, collectives and communities that enrich Rabanne's cultural ecosystem
  • Define KPIs and evaluate performance across experience, engagement, exposure and brand impact, translating learnings into recommendations for future activations

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in events, brand experience, cultural marketing, communication or partnerships
  • Proven track record in a global brand, creative agency, fashion, beauty, luxury or culturally-driven environment
  • Strong instinct for ideas, image, experience and detail with ability to identify distinctive, relevant and creatively strong concepts
  • Demonstrable genuine personal interest in music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment and emerging culture
  • Understanding of how environments, programming, people and details combine to create memorable brand experiences
  • Strong awareness of events as a powerful communication lever with ability to identify opportunities for brand visibility and earned conversation
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, budgets, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
  • Fluent in English with confidence working with international teams, agencies and partners
