Role & Responsibilities
- Support the e‑retail project manager in planning, execution and delivery of digital commerce initiatives across web and marketplace channels.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including merchandising, CRM, digital marketing, content, and external agencies to ensure timely implementation.
- Manage product/content uploads, pricing and inventory updates; verify storefront content and visual assets for accuracy and brand compliance.
- Perform QA on site releases, promotional activations and catalogue changes across desktop and mobile, escalating defects and tracking resolutions.
- Monitor e‑commerce KPIs and produce regular performance reports and post‑mortem analyses to inform optimisation.
- Assist with backlog grooming, project documentation, and preparation of briefs, timelines and rollout plans for seasonal launches.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, E‑commerce, Digital Project Management, Business or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrable experience managing concurrent tasks — prior internship or academic project work in e‑commerce preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working proficiency in English advantageous.
- Attention to detail with a methodical approach to QA and content verification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and liaise effectively with internal and external partners.

Experience
