Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the online merchandising strategy across brand.com and marketplaces, ensuring accurate categorisation, pricing, imagery, product ranking and placement to maximise conversion and revenue
  • Manage search and discovery functionality, product recommendations, cross-selling and upselling to enhance the onsite customer experience
  • Lead the creation, enrichment and quality control of product content, incorporating SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation principles for enhanced discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms
  • Plan and supervise e-commerce product shoots and editorial content production from briefing and sample coordination through to asset delivery
  • Partner with the Shopify agency to identify and deliver conversion-rate optimisation initiatives across the customer journey
  • Manage product catalogues across marketplaces in coordination with the marketplace aggregator to ensure reliable product, pricing and inventory data
  • Ensure product data and digital assets are accurate, complete and distributed on time across systems and channels; oversee product feeds and Digital Asset Management platform usage
  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs, produce recurring reporting and conduct analysis of shopping behaviour, product performance and market trends to inform commercial actions
  • Build data-driven recommendations for showroom buying sessions based on collection performance, sell-through, returns and customer feedback
  • Maintain an accurate online assortment in coordination with the e-commerce manager
  • Contribute actively to cross-functional projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor e-commerce, luxury and digital trends to proactively recommend new opportunities and tools

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce within luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, digital content, UX and conversion-rate optimisation
  • Proven project management capabilities managing multiple workstreams, deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or comparable e-commerce platform
  • Experience working with marketplace aggregators and Digital Asset Management environments
  • Understanding of SEO principles with familiarity in AI search, Answer Engine Optimisation or Generative Engine Optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into commercial recommendations and measurable actions
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
