Rabanne seeks a Collection Merchandising Intern in Paris (Sept 2026) to support assortment planning, range execution and cross‑functional merchandising tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the collection merchandising team in the development and execution of seasonal assortments and SKU architecture.
- Prepare and maintain range plans, line sheets and product trackers to ensure alignment between design, production and commercial teams.
- Analyse sales, sell‑through and inventory data to inform assortment decisions and identify opportunities for range optimisation.
- Contribute to seasonal costing follow‑ups and monitor product lifecycle from pre‑launch to replenishment.
- Coordinate with buying, planning, production and marketing to ensure timely delivery of collection elements and merchandising materials.
- Produce presentations and internal reports (e.g., sell‑in decks, range rationalisation summaries) for cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion Merchandising, Luxury Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical literacy with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data to support commercial decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with design, buying, planning and marketing teams.
