Puig is hiring a Business Analyst Intern in Brussels. Support commercial analytics and reporting across the Puig brand portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support commercial reporting and monthly performance reviews for brand and channel stakeholders, consolidating sales and distribution data.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports using Excel and BI tools to track sell-in, sell-out and market performance.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and forecasting to inform pricing, assortment and go-to-market recommendations.
- Prepare clear, insight-driven presentations and briefs for commercial teams and brand managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, supply chain) to validate data and support business initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support business development projects and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing executive-level slides.
- High level of curiosity, intellectual rigor and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and handling confidential commercial information.

Experience
Internship-level role; no specific professional tenure required. Previous internships, project work or coursework applying quantitative analysis, commercial analytics or market research are advantageous.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or similar.
