Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience at the Selfridges counter, representing Rabanne's aesthetic and product values.
  • Drive retail sales and meet or exceed individual and counter KPIs through proactive selling and client development.
  • Develop and maintain a client database (clienteling), schedule follow-ups, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Possess and communicate expert product knowledge across the fragrance and beauty portfolio; advise clients on product usage and complementarity.
  • Ensure the counter is impeccably merchandised and stocked; manage inventory, replenishment and sample allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Selfridges store team and Rabanne marketing on events, launches and in-store activations.
  • Comply with store procedures, cash handling, health & safety and brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and convert prospective clients into repeat customers.
  • Demonstrable sales track record with experience meeting individual targets.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty or fragrance retail; experience working on a department-store counter is strongly preferred.
