Rabanne — Paris seeks an Assistant Management Controller (temporary) to support financial reporting, budgeting and management analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities or product lines.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packages and variance analyses for senior finance and commercial stakeholders.
- Contribute to budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning cycles; consolidate inputs and ensure alignment with business drivers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (sales, margins, inventory turns) and produce ad hoc analyses to inform pricing, inventory and margin strategies.
- Ensure accuracy of cost accounting and control processes; assist with account reconciliations and intercompany clearing.
- Collaborate with retail, wholesale and supply-chain teams to translate commercial activity into financial impact and to strengthen internal controls.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and increase data reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; a Master’s in Management Control, Finance or equivalent is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis or accounting, ideally within fashion, retail or luxury goods.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Comfort liaising with cross‑functional teams and presenting financial findings to commercial stakeholders.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, management accounting or analysis, preferably within luxury fashion, retail or a consumer goods environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; Master’s level qualification in management control or finance preferred.
