Role & Responsibilities
- Support the senior stylist/designer on seasonal leather goods and accessories collections from concept to prototype.
- Produce technical flats, hand sketches and detailed spec sheets for models, hardware and trims.
- Prepare moodboards and trend research dossiers to inform design directions and fabric/leather sourcing.
- Liaise with suppliers and ateliers to follow-up on samples, controls and QA, ensuring accurate implementation of details.
- Coordinate fittings and documentation of fit comments; update tech packs and revision histories.
- Assist in selection and management of hardware, leathers, linings and trims; maintain material library and sample organisation.
- Compile presentation materials and support internal reviews and showroom preparation.
- Maintain accurate digital files in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign and basic Excel reporting for sample tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in accessory design, leather goods, product design or related fashion discipline.
- Strong ability in technical drawing and translating creative sketches into precise technical flats and specs.
- Solid understanding of leather types, constructions, hardware and manufacturing processes for accessories.
- Organised, methodical and able to manage concurrent sample follow-ups and tight development timelines.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional interaction with workshops and suppliers; professional presentation abilities.

Experience
Practical experience through academic projects or at least one prior internship in accessory or leather goods design is preferred; familiarity with workshop processes and sample development is highly valued.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's programme in fashion design, accessory/leather goods design, product design or equivalent.
