Role & Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of the brand’s e‑commerce site, including product uploads, content updates and visual merchandising.
• Prepare and schedule online product launches and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams.
• Maintain and enrich product data (descriptions, attributes, imagery) across the CMS to ensure commercial readiness and SEO optimisation.
• Monitor site performance and KPIs (conversion, AOV, traffic) and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics and external agencies to resolve order or site issues and ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Assist with A/B tests, on‑site merchandising experiments and landing page updates to improve conversion.
• Support upkeep of digital assets (image cropping, basic retouching) and ensure visual standards align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior internship experience (3–12 months) in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online retail is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and tight launch calendars.
• Analytical mindset with experience producing simple performance reports and interpreting KPIs.
• Good command of Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Interest in luxury fashion, attention to visual detail and adherence to brand standards.
• Professional written and spoken French and good working knowledge of English are strongly advantageous.

Internship experience or coursework with practical exposure to e‑commerce operations, digital merchandising or online marketing; 3–12 months of prior relevant internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
