Rabanne in Paris seeks an Accessories Product Manager to lead development and commercialisation of accessory collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the accessories product strategy across seasons, aligning assortment, price architecture and commercial objectives with brand positioning.
- Manage end-to-end product development: brief design, specify materials, produce technical packs, oversee sampling and approve prototypes.
- Drive costing, margin analysis and price-setting for accessory lines in collaboration with finance and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal production to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards and compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare line sheets, collection presentations and sell-in materials for wholesale, retail and e‑commerce partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform assortment decisions and product refinements.
- Act as the primary cross-functional contact for accessories between design, production, sourcing, merchandising and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion, product development, business or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven background in accessories product management within luxury or premium fashion (recommended 3–5 years).
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience of costing, margin management and pricing strategy.
- Excellent technical knowledge of materials, trims and construction methods used in luxury accessories.
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent development calendars.
