The Wholesale Supervisor supports Qeelin’s China wholesale partners through sales and inventory reporting, order placement, shipments, invoicing and returns coordination. The role also supports CRM VIC events, partner advertising and window refreshes, and contributes to operational improvements and cross-functional communication.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and inventory reports.
- Place spot and future orders for wholesale partners.
- Assist with monthly shipments and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
- Follow up on wholesale partner returns, exchanges and related matters.
- Support the Wholesale Head in improving operational procedures and SOPs.
- Support matters related to CRM VIC events.
- Coordinate with Marketing to arrange out-of-home advertising for wholesale partners.
- Support window refreshes, ensuring quality and maintaining the brand image.
- Order gifts with purchase (GWP).
- Communicate effectively across internal and external business units and with business partners and third parties.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
