Qeelin Wholesale Manager, Greater China | Lead wholesale operations & account management in Shanghai. Drive sales strategy & retail partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all wholesale activities for assigned accounts across Greater China, maintaining high service standards and brand integrity
- Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with the Merchandising team to achieve business targets
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with retailers, wholesale partners, and franchised store managers
- Monitor and enhance retailer performance through sales analysis, incentive schemes, and regular POS visits
- Provide comprehensive account services including sales coaching, training support, order management, and after-sales service
- Enforce pricing and discount policies consistently across all wholesale channels
- Ensure wholesale operations align with company objectives, including store charter implementation, merchandising assortment, and visual standards
- Support new boutique and POS openings with strategic planning and on-site execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute cooperative marketing activities and events
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and identify new business opportunities for management review
- Execute ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wholesale management, account management, or regional sales leadership within luxury retail or fashion
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple wholesale accounts and complex partnerships simultaneously
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
- Proficiency in sales analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with retail operations, POS systems, and merchandising standards
- Knowledge of Greater China market dynamics and wholesale distribution channels

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wholesale management, account management, or regional sales leadership, preferably within luxury jewelry, fashion, or comparable premium retail sectors. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and developing wholesale partnerships in the Greater China region is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related discipline. Advanced qualification or professional certification in sales, retail management, or supply chain management is a plus.
