Qeelin Training Intern position in Shanghai, China. Support training programs through documentation management, data coordination, and project tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, archive, and optimize training materials and documentation
- Collect, verify, and consolidate training-related data and reports
- Monitor and track training project progress, ensuring timely workflow coordination and status synchronization
- Proofread and translate English training materials and documents into Chinese
- Support department leadership with daily administrative and operational tasks related to training programs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with data management and documentation systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; relevant training or internship experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
