Qeelin is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for its Hong Kong headquarters to coordinate supplier planning, purchase orders and invoices, support ERP operations, manage data and provide departmental and project support. The role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas and initiatives for global implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers on planning, purchase orders and invoice management.
- Support general ERP system operations.
- Handle data entry, document filing and data cross-checking.
- Provide clerical support to the department.
- Perform ad hoc projects related to supply chain as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Professional attitude and ability to work well in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently, with good communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
