Qeelin in Hong Kong is hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to manage PO, ERP, supplier planning and data tasks at the brand's Hong Kong office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers on demand planning, purchase order issuance and follow-up, and invoice reconciliation.
- Support day-to-day ERP system operations, including data updates and system transactions.
- Perform accurate data entry, document filing and routine data cross-checks to maintain record integrity.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the supply chain department.
- Execute ad-hoc projects related to supply chain and logistics as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics administration.
- Professional demeanour, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Proficient spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics support functions, including PO and invoice handling.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
