Store Manager position at Qeelin luxury jewelry in Wuxi, China. Lead boutique operations, sales strategy, and team management in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Commit to exceeding sales targets and building a robust customer base through continuous market engagement
  • Analyze sales data and CRM activities to develop immediate and long-term action plans, with focus on high-value transactions and new client acquisition
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and curate customer events aligned with brand strategy
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and VIP clientele
  • Handle after-sales issues in accordance with brand standards and deliver premium after-sales service
  • Lead by example as a key member of the management team, motivating and inspiring staff
  • Promote and encourage team participation in regional and global luxury events to drive customer conversion
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Execute in-store training programs, including new employee onboarding and product knowledge development
  • Conduct annual employee evaluations and set personal development goals in line with company procedures
  • Identify staff training needs and liaise with Human Resources to implement development solutions
  • Monitor sick leave and absences, ensuring appropriate store coverage and minimizing temporary replacements
  • Supervise daily boutique operations and ensure effective implementation of retail strategies
  • Safeguard store inventory and maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales demands
  • Monitor inventory structure and provide recommendations to improve stock composition and sales rhythm
  • Ensure store maintenance and upkeep, identifying necessary repairs and cleaning requirements
  • Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail store management or equivalent leadership position
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop effective CRM strategies
  • Strong personnel management and team leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational oversight
  • Excellent customer relationship and VIP clienteling skills
  • Knowledge of luxury market trends and competitive landscape
