Qeelin Store Manager in Shenzhen – Lead boutique operations and exceed sales targets for this prestigious high jewelry luxury retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed all sales targets and continuously build and maintain a robust customer base through CRM activities and specialized initiatives for high-value transactions
  • Analyze sales data and develop immediate and long-term action plans to support client acquisition and retention
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events while monitoring local luxury market trends and competitor activities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and VIP clients, delivering premium after-sales service in accordance with brand standards
  • Lead the management team by example, motivating and inspiring staff to participate in regional and global high jewelry events
  • Manage recruitment processes, including hiring authorization, candidate sourcing, and interviews
  • Execute comprehensive in-store training programs, including new employee onboarding, product knowledge training, and collection launch briefings
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for all employees with constructive feedback and personal development goal setting
  • Identify staff training needs and collaborate with Human Resources to develop and implement training solutions
  • Supervise and schedule daily boutique operations, ensuring effective implementation of store strategies
  • Safeguard store inventory and monitor stock status to ensure optimal availability and sales performance
  • Ensure store maintenance and upkeep, identifying necessary repairs and cleaning requirements
  • Monitor inventory structure and provide suggestions to improve stock composition and sales rhythm
  • Adhere to and reinforce brand visual merchandising guidelines to maintain immaculate product display
  • Monitor sick leave and absences, ensuring appropriate staff coverage while minimizing temporary replacement use
  • Represent the brand and company values at all times to ensure a unique client experience
