Qeelin seeks an experienced Store Manager in Shanghai to lead boutique operations, drive sales, and deliver luxury customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Commit to exceeding all sales targets and building a robust customer base through continuous relationship development
  • Analyze sales data and CRM activities to formulate immediate and long-term action plans supporting high-value transactions
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events to drive engagement and conversion
  • Lead and motivate the store team by example, serving as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards
  • Identify performance issues and address them appropriately, collaborating with HR on formal corrective procedures
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Execute in-store training encompassing new employee onboarding, product knowledge, and collection launch presentations
  • Conduct annual employee evaluations with constructive feedback and personal development goal-setting
  • Supervise and schedule daily boutique operations aligned with retail department strategies
  • Safeguard store inventory, monitor stock status, and provide recommendations to improve composition and sales rhythm
  • Ensure optimal store maintenance, identifying necessary repairs and upkeep requirements
  • Adhere to and reinforce brand visual merchandising guidelines
  • Monitor local and luxury market trends while tracking competitor activities
  • Monitor staff absences and ensure appropriate coverage to minimize reliance on temporary replacements

Experience
