Qeelin — Beijing seeks a Senior Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service, represent the brand and achieve sales targets in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and proactively deliver Qeelin service standards to provide attentive, personalised client experiences.
  • Advise clients throughout the buying journey, presenting collections according to brand guidelines and demonstrating product features and craftsmanship.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, up‑selling and effective client follow-up; collaborate constructively with team members to meet collective goals.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity; provide customers with informed product and trend analysis to elevate brand perception and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and master in-store processes and tools; comply rigorously with operational and commercial policies set by the group and brand.
  • Ensure merchandise safety, implement loss-prevention procedures and maintain stock integrity.
  • Maintain personal presentation and conduct consistent with brand standards.
  • Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales aptitude with a track record in luxury retail; jewellery or accessories experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and loss-prevention principles.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand with poise.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Relevant experience in luxury retail sales is required; candidates with experience selling fine jewellery or watches and a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets will be prioritised. Prior boutique or flagship store experience is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or jewellery is preferred but not mandatory.
