Qeelin Hong Kong seeks Senior Financial Analyst for Global Finance Team. FP&A, reporting, and inventory management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Calculate monthly stock provisions, consolidate margin adjustments, and analyze profitability and capital expenditures
- Provide comprehensive overviews of store and market performance, comparing financial results against budgets and forecasts
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and financial performance reviews
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct rolling forecasts to ensure accurate inventory management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communication Teams to reconcile expenses and liaise with Market Shared-Service Finance Department for reporting
- Maintain the Agreements register and manage ad hoc assignments involving various projects and analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, or similar function, ideally from a sizable retail or luxury organization
- Proficiency in MS Office; prior exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred
- Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to interpret business data, assess metrics, and link analyses to performance outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, independent work ethic, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
- Qualified Accountant designation is preferred

Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in management reporting, financial planning and analysis, or equivalent roles, preferably gained within sizable retail or luxury organizations. Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for advancement to Assistant Manager level.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent discipline. Qualified Accountant designation is preferred.
