Qeelin seeks a Senior Financial Accounting Manager in Hong Kong to lead global accounting and consolidation for the Kering-owned high-jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the global financial accounting function from Hong Kong HQ, overseeing the full accounting lifecycle across all markets and supervising accounting teams.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and analyses (sales, margin, EBIT, cash flow) to support executive decision-making.
- Drive consolidation, preparation of budgets, forecasts and annual statutory and management financial statements.
- Design, maintain and monitor internal control procedures and support global compliance programs.
- Coordinate and support external and internal audits, validate subsidiary reporting and ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
- Lead system integration initiatives and ERP deployments affecting accounting processes; act as primary liaison with central finance (Kering) and local entities.
- Translate financial data into strategic insights, influencing performance and driving behavioural change across commercial and operational stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within retail or luxury goods organisations.
- Demonstrable experience in consolidation, internal controls and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
- Proven leadership in managing accounting teams and partnering with regional subsidiaries and central finance.
- Familiarity with ERP implementations and financial systems; hands-on experience with D365 and/or Hyperion is highly desirable.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, HKICPA) and strong technical knowledge of accounting standards applicable to multi-market groups.

Experience
At least 12 years in financial accounting with significant exposure to consolidation and internal control frameworks, ideally gained within a sizable retail or luxury brand operating across multiple markets. Experience liaising with a corporate finance centre and coordinating audits across subsidiaries is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent) preferred.
