Qeelin in Wuhan seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver QEELIN service standards consistently to ensure a considered, high‑touch shopping experience for clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute proactively to the store’s commercial performance.
- Provide expert product advice and professional market/competitive analysis to elevate client knowledge and brand affinity.
- Operate store processes and tools accurately while observing all operational and commercial compliance requirements.
- Maintain merchandise security and implement loss‑prevention measures to protect inventory.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of personal presentation and professional conduct at all times.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within fine jewelry or watches.
- Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to build lasting client relationships (clienteling).
- Strong product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones and precious metals or willingness to develop it rapidly.
- High level of integrity and adherence to retail compliance and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Polished personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to represent a luxury brand with confidence.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewelry or watches, with proven results in achieving sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related field is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Wuhan, Hubei, China.
