Qeelin is hiring a Sales Associate in Wuxi — deliver luxury jewellery client service, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand to local clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised service that adheres to QEELIN service standards and creates a memorable shopping experience for clients.
- Actively drive sales to achieve individual and store targets while collaborating constructively with colleagues to foster a harmonious team environment.
- Present and explain product attributes, craftsmanship and styling guidance consistent with the brand narrative to increase client engagement and conversion.
- Monitor local market and competitive activity; provide clients with informed, professional analysis to elevate brand awareness and satisfaction.
- Operate store systems and tools competently; comply strictly with operational policies, commercial guidelines and retail discipline.
- Safeguard merchandise through vigilant stock handling and loss‑prevention practices to minimise shrinkage and other losses.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and conduct in line with brand standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury retail service standards and ability to apply them consistently on the sales floor.
- Proven capability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Good product knowledge of jewellery; capacity to explain materials, techniques and brand heritage to clients.
- Familiarity with store processes, POS systems and retail compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude.
- High level of integrity and awareness of loss‑prevention and security protocols.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is preferred; candidates with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or gemology preferred.
