The Sales Associate represents Qeelin in the store, delivering attentive service, advising customers on market and competitor insights, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. The role also covers compliance with store procedures and brand policies, merchandise security, and maintaining brand-appropriate conduct.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow Qeelin service standards to deliver attentive customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Meet assigned sales targets and collaborate constructively with team members.
- Monitor market developments and competitor brands, and provide customers with professional analysis to strengthen brand awareness and satisfaction.
- Master in-store procedures and tools, understand operational compliance requirements, and follow Group and Qeelin business policies and procedures.
- Protect merchandise against theft and other losses.
- Maintain personal appearance and conduct in accordance with brand requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
