QEELIN Sales Associate position in Shenzhen. Luxury jewelry sales role representing the brand in retail with focus on client advisory and service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent QEELIN brand values and adhere to all company service standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Achieve assigned sales targets whilst maintaining harmonious collaboration with team members
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to provide clients with professional product insights and enhance brand awareness
- Master all point-of-sale systems, store procedures, and tools; maintain strict compliance with group and brand commercial policies
- Ensure product security and loss prevention through vigilant inventory management
- Maintain personal appearance and professional conduct in alignment with brand requirements
- Execute additional directives assigned by direct management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain QEELIN service standards and brand positioning
- Strong sales acumen with proven capacity to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Understanding of point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Professional deportment consistent with luxury brand expectations
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or customer-facing roles in a premium environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of QEELIN brand training program required.
