The Sales Associate represents Qeelin to clients, provides service throughout the shopping journey, and supports sales targets and customer satisfaction. The role also requires adherence to store procedures, operational compliance, merchandise security, and brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow Qeelin service standards to provide attentive service and an excellent shopping experience.
- Meet assigned sales targets and collaborate actively with team members.
- Stay informed about market developments and competing brands, provide clients with professional analysis, and strengthen their awareness of and satisfaction with the brand.
- Master store procedures and tools, understand operational compliance requirements, and follow group and Qeelin business policies and processes.
- Safeguard merchandise against theft and other loss.
- Maintain a personal image and conduct that meet brand requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
