QEELIN Sales Associate in Shanghai | Luxury Jewelry Retail Position
Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to QEELIN service standards and ensure every customer receives attentive, personalized service and a superior shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through consultative selling while collaborating effectively with team members
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and brand differentiation to provide clients with professional analysis and enhance brand perception
- Master all in-store processes, systems, and tools; maintain strict operational compliance with corporate and QEELIN business policies
- Safeguard merchandise inventory, prevent loss and theft, and maintain accurate stock accountability
- Uphold brand image standards through professional personal presentation, demeanor, and adherence to all dress code and behavioral requirements
- Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by direct management
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or high-end client advisory roles
- Deep understanding of jewelry as a luxury category and familiarity with fine jewelry characteristics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build client rapport
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to consistently achieve performance targets
