QEELIN Sales Associate in Shanghai – Luxury jewelry retail position offering brand representation, client advisory, and sales achievement in an iconic fine jewelry environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the QEELIN brand to clients with professionalism and align personal presentation and conduct with brand standards
  • Guide clients through all stages of the purchasing journey, presenting collections using established brand standards and providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through active collaboration with team members and consistently delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of in-store processes, tools, and operational compliance procedures; adhere strictly to group and QEELIN commercial policies
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive brand positioning to provide clients with informed analysis and enhance brand awareness and satisfaction
  • Ensure merchandise security and loss prevention by following established protocols and safeguarding inventory
  • Execute additional duties and tasks as assigned by direct management

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail and client engagement within high-end jewelry or accessories environment
  • Strong understanding of QEELIN brand heritage, collections, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

Experience
