Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere to QEELIN service standards to deliver exceptional customer service and optimal shopping experiences
- Achieve assigned sales targets while collaborating effectively with team members
- Develop and communicate market intelligence and competitive brand insights to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness
- Master all in-store processes, tools, and operational compliance protocols while maintaining strict adherence to group and brand policies
- Ensure merchandise security and prevent loss or damage through vigilant inventory management
- Present a polished personal image and conduct aligned with brand standards
- Complete additional assignments as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury jewelry market and brand positioning
