Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, brand-standard client service throughout the shopping journey, ensuring a refined and memorable experience for each customer.
  • Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive clienteling, product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections, trends and competitor activity; translate market insight into professional advice for clients.
  • Master and apply all in-store systems, POS processes and operational procedures while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
  • Protect merchandise and reduce shrinkage by following loss-prevention protocols and secure handling procedures.
  • Adhere to brand appearance and conduct standards at all times, representing the maison with poise and discretion.
  • Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management to support store performance and team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour.
  • High standards of personal presentation consistent with luxury brand requirements.
  • Ability to follow operational procedures meticulously, including cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
