The Sales Associate represents Qeelin to clients, advises them throughout the buying journey, presents collections in line with brand standards and contributes to sales targets and customer satisfaction. The role also requires adherence to store procedures, compliance requirements and brand policies, along with merchandise protection and collaboration with the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow Qeelin service standards to provide attentive service and an excellent shopping experience.
- Meet assigned sales targets and collaborate positively with team members.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor brands, provide customers with professional analysis, and build brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Master store procedures and tools, understand operational compliance requirements, and adhere to group and Qeelin business policies and procedures.
- Protect merchandise and prevent theft and other losses.
- Maintain a personal appearance and conduct that meet brand requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
